First, because pretty much all of the multiple listing services in the country have opened their databases to third-party sites like Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, et. al., the illusion of exclusivity is pretty much out the window.

Networking at events is great if you can have time to go, networking in all Facebook groups is always a great idea, I especially love ConnectWiseKC, they even have a verified contractor list, you send your info and you always will be on their database where a lot of people can see it every day!

I managed an Open Door Capital mobile home park in Muskegon, MI and had to evict my fair share of tenants.I'm not sure how different the process is in Ohio, but I imagine it's similar.1) Post the 7 Day Notice to Quit2) Have a lawyer file for the eviction3) Do the initial hearing which was with a local community organization and someone on the court administration team.
