How many leads per filled vacancy?
Hey all, on average how many leads does it take for a vacancy to be filled for you?
My logic is, if I am above the average, then I should be charging more rent to even out my supply and demand. What do you think?

Generally too many! 100 is common and more than half are not looked at because they applied before(sometimes years ago) and were rejected then too. We keep a database of priors. Then there are the animals; we have had too much damage so, no animals. We use rentometer.com to determine rent.
