New real estate agent
Hello BP people! I have just passed my real estate exam in Michigan and will be able to start showing houses with in the week. I have a great interest in helping investors out as I am looking to become a real estate investor as well! I am looking forward to connecting with as many of you as I can and hope to help some of you find a deal. I will be working under EXP realty and I'm currently located near Port Huron,MI, but for me no drive is too far! I can't wait to connect with those looking for an agent in the great state of Michigan!

If you want to work with investors, you'll need to understand how to analyze a deal.
Nothing is worse for an investor, than an agent sending "deals" that don't make sense and waste their time!
Start using the BiggerPocket tools to analyze deals BEFORE sharing them with investors:)
