I am a beginner investor in the DFW area and I wanted to ask if I find a pre foreclosure deal on RealtyTrac can I contact the buyer and work out a deal (like a subject to) or do I have to contact the realtor?

However since I am a beginner I would take any class right now to increase my knowledge.
