House Search Real Estate for a College Student
Hello, I am a beginner in real estate. I am looking to live off campus, but not in a apartment. I would like to own a house or a condo that will appreciate over time and would be a good investment. I have about 10k cash right now and am living in the Tampa Bay Area. I am asking what you would think the right moves would be next. I know there are multiple ways to go about doing so such as an optionslease, but what would one reccomend? Thank You
