One local department has put a hold on new permits that don’t pertain to fire, life or safety.

The insurance company will not reinstate the policy nor let us buy a new one because the house has been uninsured for more than three months.

I’m sure that it’s against BP policy to post requesting what you are requesting outside of the marketplace.  

If you lost your job then give them 6 months lease offer and let them know you about pay or quit policy.

Only difference may be adding a lender policy to an existing title insurance policy (I always recommend getting title insurance).  

If there is a leak, thinking of asking the amount+a safety margin to be placed in escrow. 

I don’t like a blanket policy for anybody to stop paying their bills.

The policy of offering everybody discounts is even worse.
