Lease updates for tenant

My tenants are currently on month to month lease since December 2019. I promised them if they pay the rent on time for 3 to 5 months, I will give them one year lease. They have been paying on time and being a good tenants. I sent them email last month that on April 1, I will extend their lease for one year.

I'm afraid now to give them one year lease because of the coronavirus. The company I work for just closed and we dont know when we will reopen. Should I still give them one year as I promised? So far they have not reach out to say anything. Thank you for your feedback.
