. :-)The other agents I spoke of had an opportunity (and they were considered by others to be more seasoned in working with investors) to help me reach my goals and in turn receive repeat deals and still get their commission but chose to be all about themselves or in the case of one, just didn't have the experience as an agent and was fumbling.I've learned lot and by nature I soak up knowledge like a sponge.
