Those expenses are coming no matter what....but sometimes delaying them too far ends up costing you more.Its very easy to get into cruise control and let things slide too far because its the easy pathYes, kicking this guy out is going to cost you some $$ in the short term, but in the long term it may make you more.

College Rentals are great but timing is everything, make sure you are aware of School schedule depending when you advertise your property will determine how easy it will be to find tenants.

The house was vacant/unrehabbed at the time, so it made it pretty easy.  

The course was very easy to follow (although boring at times haha!)

Is that an easy form to be filed with count (like several other states) or does it need some complicated form. 

This should make the process pretty easy. 

It's easy to imagine the damage they might have done if your wife had not caught them!

It may not be as easy to find them but there is still money to be had.
