Transferring investment property to living trust in NC

I bought a property in NC (mecklenburg county). For financing reasons I bought it in my name. However, I would like to transfer the title to my trust now. Is that an easy form to be filed with count (like several other states) or does it need some complicated form. 

If someone can point me to documentation for transferring to trust, that will be much appreciated.
