@Rohan J.It is also my observation that those with seller financing usually have some major show-stoppers, such as bad location, right off a high way, foundation issues, etc.... that made the property less desirable and most buyer choose to pass....But this is not to say you can't find a property that has no hidden issues, this is only to say be twice as cautious....Good luck...
