Or like some here on BP did, you purchase the property knowing the squatters were there, you have a landlord tenant relationship.

Under Alabama law, Tina now has all the legal responsibilities a landlord has, including the responsibility to make repairs, etc.I strongly discourage people from entering into subtenancy relationships.

It has no relationship to the actual market value of a property.To figure out your true market value you need to look at the most similar and nearest comparable sales.

.- Did the broker indicate his relationship to the sellers in the purchase agreement?

I have existing relationships with several local banks and have a good idea of their underwriting criteria.
