Hello BP! My husband and I are new to BP and would like to say ‘greetings'. We've invested in RE since 2007 separately, before we met, and started investing collectively last year. We own 6 properties together and are looking to grow our portfolio of SF and multi's. Ideally, we would like to purchase/hold all property in our business name - LTD Unlimited Holdings, LLC. We are looking to build relationships with financial institutions who lend to LLC's as well as grow by using this forum. Thanks for reading :-).
