There are coaching companies that you can hire to advise.

Unfortunately most educators throw an initial package price and then want to reel in for bigger price for the Personal coaching and mentorship  I know more refined marketing is key to find motivated seller for Wholesaling. 

I didn't really have anything to sell - I did some online RE coaching for a couple of years, which was basically free until I couldn't keep up with the demand any more and shut it down - so after a while those more or less petered out.

Every dollar you spend in education or working with a coach of some kind should produce a massive return.

@Kellis LandrumI have not bought a property through @Jason Hartman yet, but I did pay for a session with one of his financial coaches, Fernando Aires.It gave me valuable insight and a plan for financial independence through RE. 

I had a coaching client ask, "which banks offer mortgages to international clients for less than 30%?"

I bought into further coaching with Lex. 

There are no magic bullets, but the right coach for your goal can help.

I love the fact you invented that air coach we have some of those.. little tricky to inflate but great concept.and that's were the money is made by so many in the USA its selling products and inventing things that others need.Also brought me back to my early days of flying i actually went on my check ride for my PVT license in a Cherokee 140 talk about an un powered dog  LOL.. did yours have the brake handle on the Roof of the cockpit.. ???
