LLCs and Other Business Questions

Hi everyone. I'd like to know who to contact in order to form LLCs for our rental properties and for my home improvement contracting business (zero employees). Can any attorney form them, or is there a specific type I need to look for? We also want to have our tax preparation handled by professionals. We have been doing it ourselves since acquiring rental properties, and it would be nice to know everything was handled professionally. There is a local CPA that has been doing my parents taxes for years. If she can fit me into her schedule, should I contact her, or are there real estate specific deductions that only certain CPAs will be aware of? I'm in Massachusetts.

I'd also like to know who I can hire in order to give us business/financial advice. We have the rental properties and I have my home improvement contracting business, and I want to make sure we are conducting business in the proper ways, making sure we aren't missing anything crucial. I'd like advice on entity formation/structuring, as well as financial advice for growing our businesses and making smart financial decisions. Basically, I know nothing about these things, so I want to hire the people that do. Thanks BP!
