Hello, has anyone purchased Lex Lenvinrad's system. I was mostly interested in the statement he makes about funding the deals, especially just starting out. Please let me know your thoughts about his system specifically if you have any experience with it. Quick disclaimer: I am VERY skeptical about any gurus or systems...

I'll second @Ted Buffington testimonial...  I went through Lex's course and bootcamps and have reread and highlighted things throughout the home study course....  I've made my money back and then some, so it was a worthwhile investment for me... Not to mention he's there to answer any questions you have, whenever you have them!
