We have listened to several episodes, and are trying to get a feel for our market and how to analyze a deal.One of the suggestions on the podcast was to come here to the forums and get that hep - so here we are!

That’s a big part of the reason I’ve produced so much completely free training material on this topic - I currently have 637 training videos on YouTube, 148 Podcast Episodes of my own and I post four new training pieces each week.

I am only on episode 18 for the podcast (not bad for a week of catching up).

I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcasts (starting with episode 1) for about a month now, and I figured it's about time to take action on the cringy "quick tips" that Brandon and Josh mention almost every episode.

I came here after listening to many episodes of the BP poscasts and hope to continue to gain knowledge to buy my first rental property
