Newbie- Southeast Massachusetts

Hello all,

My name is Bryan Bagge, I am from Berkley, Massachusetts. I am a recent college graduate (December 2015) working a decent job. However, no subject/ career option has gained my attention the way real estate investing has.

In August 2014 I purchased my first 4-family home in Newport, Rhode Island, with my parents as investing partners. Our goal was for long term security, but since the day we closed I have been looking for more to add to my portfolio as an investor.

I worked hard through college, sacrificed much free-time to find a way to work more and finished with no loans and partial ownership of that property under my belt. Nothing was given to me free, if you get to know me you will see that I am a goal oriented, hard working young professional and do not settle on anything. I have established some modest cash reserves and am waiting for the right deal to come along to continue my path as a real estate investor. 

I started listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast and haven't had an hour go by without thinking of my next move. I am here to learn, network, and come together with other successful investors. Every day, I am striving to learn more so that I can represent myself as an educated investor and not a rookie without a plan.
