Hi, my name is Erik, I'm 25 years old and I'm looking to start investing in real estate. My ultimate goal is to make some extra money in my pocket monthly and to hold on to the properties until I need money for retirement. I currently work a full time job and if there is any one out there to give pointers on real estate investment and how to make renting or leasing properties a full time job I would love to learn.
