I am in the San Diego real estate market, there have been big gains here in the last few years.The problem is it's really hard, based on comps from previous sales, to judge the value of homes.I'm looking at a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo with 2 car garage that is pretty close to the beach but not in a beach community.
