Ladies/Gentlemen

Behold, a service industry professional has infiltrated your mighty forum of some of the best property investors in the country. I know this by reading just a few post by members on this site and I am glad to be apart of it.

I am not on here to solicit, market or saturate your threads with "HIRE ME!" type post about my cleaning company. I want to know for my own personal education on how to best deal with property managers, landlords and owners. I believe that if we understand each others industry from both points of view, relationships can be strengthened. Nice to meet you all and thanks!
