Half are flips, half are owned, and 4 or 5 are under contract right now.I guess that there's no wholesaling to be had here, because this neighborhood is already a feeding ground for REIs.For flipping, though, it seems to be a real winner.

Just like today, as I was cleaning up the roach droppings, there were some opened mail laying around and...you guessed it....bill collectors.Their lease was up at the end of this month..but they high tailed it out of there in the middle of the month.

These are the kinds of opportunities that are out there now if you're willing to look outside the United States.I guess a third item would be the recent boom in foreclosures- it seems we may have another mini-golden age of foreclosures.
