Hello. I'm new to the Real Estate Investing world. I am 36, married with 2 kids, and have realized that I need more out of life than a boring 9-5 job that gives me no joy. It pays the bills but is far from exciting and I've grown tired of wishing the days away.

It's taken awhile to figure out what path I wanted to venture down and after much thought and consideration, I've committed to becoming a real estate investor. Right now I'm trying to learn as much as I can. My goal it to have my first investment property before the spring of 2008.

This is a great site and I've learned so much from just reading the boards here. It's a great resource and I plan on visiting daily. I look forward to sharing my experiences and reading others.
