I am not very good with sugar coating, it I am not mean.I have no doubt you are a knowledgeable investor, but I am not sure I can work with a negative manager or mentor.

In the area we live in it is difficult to find mentors nor is there any real estate clubs.

My question to the community is this, what is the best way to ask for someone to mentor me or intern for, in a way that I can provide substantial value to them?
