Hi BP community, I have recently graduated from college with a degree in the health sciences. I am now at a crossroad because I no longer want to pursue healthcare as my main career and intend to pursue RE investment and other passive streams of income. I have religiously listened to BP podcasts and read multiple iconic RE and business books which have peaked my interest. I currently live in a competitive market where I have found a BP member who has frequented the podcast whom I would like to connect with. My question to the community is this, what is the best way to ask for someone to mentor me or intern for, in a way that I can provide substantial value to them? I am young, intelligent, and a hard working individual who has finally found something I am more than passionate about. I do not expect a full-time job however I would like some level of responsibility and the ability to fully learn strategies and markets. I apologize if this was long winded, I do not want to appear as if I am pursing some half-baked idea with no substance behind it. If anyone has some advice pertaining to this I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you!
