Thanks @Hattie Dizmond, and you are correct- I don't play :) I haven't read this whole chain to know who is arguing what, but I can tell you- there is truly nothing about a turnkey purchase that you can't verify.

Also, if there is anything tricky about the deed or chain of title I would definitely use a title company.

However, in my limited commercial experience, their is a clear distinction between a business and a residence, specifically, IF your lease terms and conditions are appropriate, and local law allows, eviction can start with simply chaining the doors shut.
