Best deed procedure to transfer properties
I own two properties in Duval Florida; each cash purchase and therefore without a mortgage. I put both properties in my LLC name - not sure why other than validating LLC. Well it's harder to get loans and most cases insurance in LLC is higher.
Therefore I'm looking to title/deed the properties in my name. I'm not sure if I should: quick claim or warranty deed from LLC to myself - since I'm the sole member and owner of the LLC. I signed all the documents at closing.
Would someone share their knowledge and advice to which process and why.
Also where do I get the appropriate paperwork and/or verbiage to file?
Respectfully,
