His property is more like a studio style apartment building.

Not as successful, but am wanting to use investing as a way to build a studio and rentable practice spaces.

In Denver, I have clients who buy the smallest units we can find -- studios, small 1br -- furnish them and rent them to traveling nurses.

Technically I live in Southern California with my hubby & dog but I own my own business (video production studio) and travel extensively for work.

I would definitely consider using my current place for Airbnb, but I'm splitting a studio with my boyfriend and dog, so we don't have much room for guests.

Two of the the 5 units (efficiency and a studio) would be merged to make one larger one bedroom that I would occupy.
