Starting off in real estate can be tricky. You can't quit your job to invest until you're making enough to live off of, right? But it can be tough to find the time to invest while you're working full time...

Episode 230's Seth Mosely shows you that you CAN invest part time - and still make money doing it.

Just listened to it and I really enjoyed it!

The best takeaways for me was the H.U.S.T.L.E. acronym (gotta listen to learn this!) and the advice of - if you wouldn't buy it all over again today, consider selling it.   So applicable to this market we are in.  I just sold one the other day.

Seth is a cool guy and fun to listen to.

Thanks for another great show!
