Hello, my name is Ramiro Carrizales, and I joined BiggerPockets back in May, and then became a PRO member in July, but I've been in the analysis mode:  I've read plenty of books, attended seminars, webinars, and listend to enough audio tapes.  It's time to act.  I'm already in the works on my first set of deals, and have been reading many of the discussions on BP to ensure I know what I'm doing.  I appreciate all the valuable information that you all post, so figured it was time I introduced myself.  I will be focusing on Buy and Hold properties, to start off, but I'm not closing any doors to other opportunities.  I look forward to future discussions with all of you.
