New investor in Denver (& beyond!) - I’M HOOKED!

Just bought a cute bungalow near downtown. Technically I live in Southern California with my hubby & dog but I own my own business (video production studio) and travel extensively for work. (Currently writing this from Cabo!) I work a lot in CO where I grew up and this adventure started from a need to to find a place so I wouldn’t have to stay with my parents when in town. I found a decent investment that I will be renting out short-term when I’m not there. I am now obsessed with all parts of the process and think I found my niche. I’m ready to go full steam ahead and am devouring any and all info I can get my hands on. Not sure what direction I will head next (rentals vs flip etc etc) but I’m definitely working towards “retiring” in the next 5 years which I’m sure is a common theme here. Excited to be a kick-*** woman investor. Let’s go!!!
