A friend of mine is thriving in this market.

The book "How to win friends and influence people" had a huge impact on me and frankly I think it gives me an advantage over others who don't practice some of the methods Dale Carnegie presents.

I feel that my money would go further and be safer splitting a property with him (helping him as well) than in my inflated market.So i guess in general with this post, I'm hoping to hear from anyone who has experience in the area, specific areas to invest in, connections with investor friendly RE agents/contractors/property managers, anything will help.  

I think they're just more investor friendly.

I personally am a big believer in QB as it is very user friendly.

Curious who people might recommend or have used in the past for a title company that can do assignment of contracts or double closes in the Akron/Canton area.Thanks!Benjamin

I was convinced by my landlord/friend that buying and holding multi-family's was the way to go, but after reading books and listening to the BP podcast, I find myself open to some of the other real estate investing methods.

If you fix up your personal residence yourself or with the help of a friend then it shouldn't cost that much.
