This was unique situation but...If you were my friend I probably wouldn't have let you do it like this IDK really...unless I was there;) I am simply sharing my story real quick, which was a valuable lesson to me.

There are many avenues you can pursue so I would get clear in what you truly are seeking which will guide your decision.

That's why you buy David's book "Long Distance Real Estate Investing" because it's is the single most practical guide to investing in properties that you will likely never walk through.
