Great for those who move here from out of state, but for those who have lived here for years, on the same income & with little to no investing knowledge, it's not so pretty.

Once lead is a known factor, it must be disclosed, no checking the box stating you have no knowledge of lead, so the seller and listing agent likely do not want the test performed.
