Hi BP community!

I've been listening to podcasts fiendishly and reading articles and forum posts, but have yet to buy an investment property.

Just coming out of lurking to introduce myself.

I'm leaning towards a BRRRR strategy for apartments, in and around Sacramento or out-of-state (Texas).

Gathering up my funds and knowledge for now.
