Do I have to hire a management company?

I am looking to have a fan installed in the bathroom of one of my units however there is no switch in the bathroom so I would also need that done, I was wondering if anyone has recommendations for contractors.

I just had to share this as it's been a complete game changer for the performance of our company.

I check the SEC, FINRA, ratings websites for inside information on the principals in the company.

I have an excellent PM company and reputable turnkey operator in Memphis that I can refer you to. 

A title company might be able to supply something, too.

I'm looking for insurance companies for rental income properties.Cheers.

A bunch of investors like this location because its close to a lot tech companies.

Thinking about setting up a property management company to use for my rentals to show the income as part of the management company rather than personal finances.

That all revenue generated would have to stay in the company and couldn’t be used for personal things.I’m trying to find a way to use my God given talents and the only one I seem to have is in Real Estate hahaha.
