@Tim Johnson when you're looking to tag someone in a post create the "@" symbol and then start typing the person's name and then underneath the reply box you should see their name pop up and you can click the person you intend to tag.

okay here is a little story about this house. i bought the 1200 sqft house for $14k from a owner, and spent around 12k for remodeling such as a new wooden floor, paint inside/out , window and tiles and some new dry walls.  

In the past few months I have spent a lot of time learning everything I can from a variety of sources.

Most of that time is spent on phone calls and texts.

I'm actually a Marist Grad (Economics & History)  and I spent one semester at the residence in hotel on rt-9.
