Hello Everyone,

My name is Nick and I am ecstatic to be a part of the bigger pockets community. I am currently a Senior at the University of Minnesota and am looking to get started by house hacking with a 203k loan within the next 6 months or so depending on how quickly I can save the money and build my business from there. I have been passionate about the idea of real estate investing ever since I read rich dad poor dad when I was 19. In the past few months I have spent a lot of time learning everything I can from a variety of sources. I've read books (millionaire real estate investor), both of @Brandon Turnerbooks (they were excellent by the way thank you brandon for everything you have contributed to BP), listened to a lot of the BP podcasts, and webinars. I am looking to connect with other motivated real estate investors, great real estate agents, contractors, attorneys and accountants who specialize in real estate investing, lenders, and anyone else who I should know in the twin-cities area. My goal is to learn my local market inside and out and have all of the pieces together before I pull the trigger. Feel free to connect with me or shoot me a message especially if you have any experience house hacking.

Looking forward to interacting with with all of you in the future!

-Nick
