They ended up wanting 2 years of my books and I had to prove payments that went to people they deemed suspicious were actually independent contractors by either sending a copy of an invoice with a logo or a business card.  

I recommend a host of things from incorporating an official application process to collecting official screening reports including credit, criminal and eviction reports.

I got an email from admin...come to find out it was removed because it was my company logo that I uploaded.

I was sold in being incorporated and yes it's supposed to protect you as a person is what sold me HOWEVER when one of my managers got wrapped up in a frivoulous sexual harasment lawsute the my corperation got sued, the mangager was sued personally and I was sued personally SO I had to defend me the corp and the manager!

I would also advise that you google "propstream," and watch a video or two on it.BUT, don't fall into the same pit that all of my friends or people I know who try to wholesale do, where you spend all of your time and money on softwares, little things like logos, and books trying to learn "everything," because that will get in the way of your career.
