Have you tried calling your local community banks?

Since we have the stainless appliances, the porcelain wood grain tile floors, the granite, and so on, and brand new privacy fences and newly installed patios with pavers, we think our units are comparable to the high end apartments, but without the community facilities those come with.

I want to attract a decent renter with a decent home that will work with me to fix up the property and bring it to the same level as the rest of the neighborhood.Does anyone have a list of standards for a mobile home community?

BP is an amazing community.

But, as I reflected on the experience I realized that many other people contributed to us reaching this point.I want to acknowledge the strength of community – and touch on a small portion of how the community helped us.

Now that those ventures into the PE markets and doing this business at large scale are part of my past, I'm extremely excited to get back to my favorite part of REI, meeting people, doing deals, and helping other fellow adventurers in any way I can.I am very excited to be part of the BP community.

I am happy to have found BP and hope to be a part of this community to become one of those guys that newbies call just like I have done already myself with some of you. 

The question I have for the community relates to how much you feel is fair to compensate this couple.
