Motion (i.e. moving stuff around) can give us a false sense that we're accomplishing something, but until you GET a property, nothing you've done produces one penny of profit, and profit my friends is why we are here.So yes....there needs to be some motions such as getting your finances in order, making charts and goals, but I'll tell you this: NOTHING got me into the investment property biz faster or more effectively than viewing houses, making offers, and actually buying one.
