90 Day Challenge started

I just listened to the 90 day challenge podcast and it lit a fire under me. October 1st is just a good a day as any to start. I'm filling out the workbook as well as putting up some goals on my BP dashboard today. Daily goal is to spend 30-60 minutes a day getting to the end goal which is buying my first multi-family by end of December. I have a weekly goal of getting a HELOC set up for the down payment(when I need it). Not sure how long that will take to get approved, but a lot of the local credit unions around my area are offering really low or no closing costs. By the end of next week I want to start the pre-approval process for financing my first deal. Wish me luck
