What software do you recommend for basic accounting to manage/track expenses and income for rental properties?

Their software allows you to input an ARV but you don't have to put in anything for the rehab line so this would essentially just be equity gained by buying at a discount.Feel free to reach out anytime if you have other questions or just want to chat!

I haven't used this software and cannot comment on the product. 

Is anyone else using a software package that does e-lease signing, rent collections, resident portal for maintenace requests, etc, so there's even less face to face.

There may be a few softwares and behind the scenes tools you might need to become familiar with first, but after that, totally doable :)

You might also get access to the forms software, which you can set up templates and generate offers faster.On the downside you will be held to a higher standard.....your broker may want to review your contracts.
