Reviews/recommendations needed. Flipperforce Software???

Im getting ready to start my 15th flip and always looking to decrease buying poorly!

I had a flipping product come across my instagram feed that looks pretty interesting. Seems user friendly to run reports and product manage a flip. Wondering if anyone is using the product and what their review of it is.

I have no ties to this company...just trying to make my company better! looking for recommendations

I believe https://www.flipperforce.com/ just came out of beta.  I haven't used this software and cannot comment on the product.  I have used https://www.houseflippingspreadsheet.com/ which was created by the same person and is what the online version is based on.  There is no easy button for flipping software, you get out what you put into the software.  For example, you have to update the rehab estimates to be inline with your local prices.
