Turning My Primary into My First Rental

I am getting ready to turn my primary into my first rental property and not sure what the best way is to go about putting together a lease. I am wondering if there is some sort of software out there that may be best for this along with helping to manage this rental myself? Any advice and tips would be greatly appreciated!
