This is likely caused by the satisfaction of seeing a before-and-after reveal as a house goes from uninhabitable to beautiful in a half hour (on the screen only, of course).

This is a beautiful 2 bed 1.5 bath condo, mostly renovated in GREAT condition but we don’t have enough equity that it would make sense for us to sell with an agent so we currently listed as FSBO.With COVID-19, I am worried about losing jobs and housing market crash, with the rent moratorium in our state, we would probably go under if someone couldn’t pay the rent.... everything is unpredictable and so...

The problem always seems to be the other person, and that problem is as old as Adam.When I, an agent, bought my first house to flip I paid $62,500 to purchase the cat house and I was peeved to find that within the last year the house next door (by then a beautiful home) was double-closed.

My wife and I are recently in the process of purchasing my grandfather's house on the lake (in a cove in a beautiful location) in Ten Mile, TN (30-35 min from Knoxville, TN) and we are getting it on a refinance through a lender because I am a partial owner of the property per my grandfather's will.
