Allow guests with zero reviews?

Hey Everyone - do you you typically allow guests to stay with zero reviews? I'm getting a bunch of requests to stay over the holidays but none seem to have reviews or prior stays. What are your thoughts?

How long have you been a member of Airbnb? If it’s been a few years, you might not realize that new folks are joining for the first time every day, always have been, and even more will as things open up again.
As @Chris O. asked, make sure they have verified their ID, and consider not accepting instant bookings unless they have a review.

Lastly, before accepting them, ask them to confirm things like number of adults, kids, pets, anything you want so it’s captured in your airbnb communication log. And keep the communication open.
I usually say something like “welcome to Airbnb” so they know that I know that they’re new and “need” more reinforcement of our policies.
Good luck!
