FSBO - Seattle Area Condo -To sell off not? Help
Hi all!
I am in need of advice. I bought my first condo at 23 in SeaTac, WA for $199,000 in 2018, and now my husband and I are are closing on our first house this in the next couple weeks.
We can afford to keep both the condo and the house however, the rent probably wouldn't cover all the house expenses (monthly mortgage and HOA).
This is a beautiful 2 bed 1.5 bath condo, mostly renovated in GREAT condition but we don't have enough equity that it would make sense for us to sell with an agent so we currently listed as FSBO.
With COVID-19, I am worried about losing jobs and housing market crash, with the rent moratorium in our state, we would probably go under if someone couldn’t pay the rent.... everything is unpredictable and so... I am here for help.
What would you do?
