Always nice to meet another Foster graduate working in technology :-)There are plenty of meetups in our city. 

We have a booming economy in the weapon technology area but we have a crash also in Cyrpto investments technology.

With technology now it is becoming easier to acquire properties farther away and having a solid team to run the day to day.  

The highest quality services, technology and a fully-staffed company that can actually offer and deliver on all of those services.  

There is no program/technology/algorithm that can do that.

Now I live in Evergreen, Colorado, just outside Denver and still have the Chicago 2-flat - can't afford to get rid of it yet.My background includes an MBA from University of Chicago, software engineering for mobile phones, web site development, information technology consulting, and business coaching.
