Hi Everyone,
I stumbled upon BiggerPockets from another podcast and so far I love all the information here.

My real estate background: I have studied real estate investing as a hobby for a while but haven't made the plunge for and investment. I currently own a Condo and am thinking about switching it to a rental to gain some experience (if I can find the right property management company). My formal training is as an software engineer and I enjoy applying technology and numbers to real estate.

I look forward to meeting new people and if there are any questions I can answer I will certainly try.
